 I believe that through counselling, clients can recover motivation, perspective, and hope, strengthen problem-solving skills, build resilience and learn how to tolerate anxiety; they also can overcome unwanted memories and sadness and experience joy again. As a counsellor, I’m here to help you find your inner resilience and move forward mindfully towards the stuff that matters the most for you.

I work with pre-adolescents from 11 years old, as well as young people and adults.
