I know that finding the right supervisor for you is important, especially if you are looking for a supervisor who will support your professional development and encourage you to challenge your blind spots. I also welcome your knowledge and life experience and work collaboratively with you. I am an integrative Counsellor and a Supervisor trained in Online and Telephone Working; the modalities I use in my supervision sessions are The Seven Eye and the Integrative model. Clinical theories underpinning my approach are Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Compassion-based, and CBT; I also like to power the sessions with Psychoeducation, mindfulness and creative techniques. My Supervision also focuses on your professional relationships, which will include a balance of normative (ETHICAL/LEGAL ASPECTS), formative (LEARNING TOGETHER ABOUT YOUR WAY OF WORKING) and restorative elements (THE EFFECTS OF COUNSELLING UPON YOU) intended to foster your wellbeing and ensure that the needs of your clients are being addressed and to monitor the effectiveness of your client interventions.
